Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Electric Picks jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your items securely back in the original Electric Picks box and affix the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
